On this highly-requested retreat, you will learn how to make delicious gluten-free,  plant based meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) that will surely impress your plant-based and non plant-based friends back home. You will be provided with recipes for all the mouth watering food, you will enjoy during the retreat in a beautiful folder. These include favourites such as Jeevi's kale pakora, lentil soup, raw mango cheesecake + so many more!

This 2-night retreat will also help you invite more joy and happiness into your life through Jeevi's Laughter Yoga workshops - which he has been running since 2012! In the morning we offer a beginners yoga class - which will help to improve your energy levels for the rest of the day. At night, our yoga teacher will help you find your inner calm through gentle Yoga Nidra, ensuring that you come home restored, relaxed and of course - smiling!
