Check this quick easy and simple recipe for a delicious avo on toast to make you happy!

After a long time made this toasted sour dough toast with..

** Smashed avocado (one medium for three toast)

** Fried tomatoes ( 1 tomato chopped just cooked in 1/2 TSP of oil on a pan )

And then!

** Fried mushroom and onion ( 1/2 cup chopped mushroom and 1 TBS onion chopped)

Optional sprinkle of Mexican chilli. I know most of you will prefer black pepper, right??? 🤪🥑🍄
